To delete your ChatMom account, open the app → Profile → Account Settings → Delete AccountIf you can't access the app, email [email protected] with your registered email address and we'll delete your account within 30 days OR fill out the form below. The developer of ChatMom, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the ChatMom mobile application. It applies to all users and complies with applicable data protection laws and Apple App Store requirements.

User-Provided Data: During onboarding, you may voluntarily provide personal information such as a preferred name, dietary preferences, favorite color, hobbies, occupation, relationship goals, and preferred dinner time. Main Chat conversations are saved to provide a personalized experience. Private Chat conversations are not stored and are deleted upon closing the app.
Uploaded Images: You may upload images to ask questions or get advice. These images are temporarily processed by our AI service to provide responses and may be stored with your conversation history in Main Chat. Images are deleted when you delete your account.
Usage Data: We may collect non-identifying data, such as app usage patterns, to improve functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
The ChatMom app uses your data solely to enhance your ChatMom experience, such as personalizing responses based on your profile or conversation history. We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties, except as described below.
3. External AI Service
ChatMom uses an external AI service to process messages and generate responses. This service operates under its own privacy policy, which governs its data handling practices. We recommend reviewing the AI provider’s policy, accessible via their website, for details. The developer does not control the AI service’s data practices but ensures your data is securely transmitted.
4. Data Storage and Security
User-provided data and Main Chat history are stored securely using industry-standard measures, such as encryption where feasible, in a free-tier storage solution (e.g., local storage or Firebase). Private Chat data is not stored and is inaccessible after you close the app. We implement safeguards to protect your data from unauthorized access.

You may skip any onboarding questions, and your participation is optional. To request deletion of your data (e.g., profile or Main Chat history), contact us at [email protected], and we will process your request promptly.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. You represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.2. App Description and License
ChatMom is an AI-powered chatbot app that provides nurturing, empathetic interactions and advice. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.3. User Accounts and Conduct
- Accounts: You may create an account using accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- Conduct: You agree not to:

- Free Tier: Limited features, such as a capped number of daily messages.
- Premium Subscriptions: Paid features (e.g., unlimited messages) are available via in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage via your device settings. Prices are in USD and subject to change; taxes may apply.
- No refunds except as required by law or app store policies. We use Apple or Google's billing systems; their terms apply.6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate external AI services for chat functionality. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you agree to by using the App. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

- Limitations: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatMom and its developer is/are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the App. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the past 12 months.8. Indemnification
